What we provide
Timeline planning, vendor communication and a coordinator on site to keep the day moving, from setup to the last guest out.
Typically used for
Weddings where the couple wants to be a guest, and corporate events where the organizer is also hosting.
How to book it
Most often booked with our catering. Ask us if you need coordination on its own.

Florals and décor

Ask about florals and décor
What we provide
Centerpieces, table design, linens and room styling that suit the venue and the menu.
Typically used for
Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, galas and company celebrations.

Designed together with your catering plan so tables work for both the food and the look.

Lighting

What we provide
Ambient and accent lighting that changes how a room feels once the sun goes down.
Typically used for
Evening receptions, tented events and venues that need warmth.

DJ services

What we provide
A full-service DJ with 12 years of experience who brings speakers, lights, microphones and a library of 35,000 songs.
Typically used for
Wedding receptions, birthday parties, holiday parties and anything with a dance floor.
How to book it
Can be added to any catering or food truck booking. Ask us about DJ-only bookings.

Audiovisual production

Ask about audiovisual production
What we provide
Sound, microphones and presentation support for programs with speeches, panels or awards.
Typically used for
Corporate meetings, conferences, fundraisers and toasts at larger receptions.

Do I have to book catering to use these services?

Most clients combine them with catering, which is where the convenience comes from. Some services can be booked separately. Tell us what you need and we will confirm.

Are these services part of a package?

No. Nothing is bundled by default. Your proposal lists only the services you ask for, so you can add or remove pieces.

Can you work with our venue's in-house AV or décor rules?

Yes. Share the venue's requirements and we will plan around them.
